Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this learning activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe how oral health is connected to systemic health.
  2. Discuss key oral health risks in relation to substance use disorder and medication for addiction treatment.
  3. Identify strategies for referring patients with SUDS to dental offices that accept Medicaid insurance.
