How to Create and Submit a CE Application

1. Go to https://dh.cloud-cme.com/application. If you aren't already logged in, you will be prompted to do so.

2. Click the Create New Application button.

3. Enter the activity information into the application. Click Save and Continue at the bottom of each screen, and you will advance to the next application page.

4. When you have completed the activity application and all disclosures are on file, click the Submit For Review button.

5. The activity application button will be inactive until the review is complete. Activity application review times can vary. You will be contacted by email when the review is complete, when the application has been approved, if the application requires additional information, or the application has been rejected. If an application has been rejected, click on the activity name. Then, click Comments to view the peer reviewer feedback and/or make any required changes.

Access an Existing Activity Application

1. To view/edit your existing in-progress activity applications, go to https://dh.cloud-cme.com/application. If you aren't already logged in, you will be prompted to do so.

2. Click the activity name in the table, and the activity application will display. You can then edit/review the application. Make sure to click Save and Continue as you make changes.

Please note: Applications that have been submitted and are currently in the review stage cannot be accessed/edited.

Copying an Application for Re-submission

If you are repeating a previously approved program, you can utilize our application system’s copy feature. The copy feature allows you to duplicate a previous submission, update anything that has changed, and resubmit for approval. Just follow these steps to copy a submission:

  1. Go to https://dh.cloud-cme.com/application. If you aren't already logged in, you will be prompted to do so.
  2. Change the Start Filter by Date Range to a date prior to when you submitted the previous application, ex. 9/1/2023.
  3. Change the End Filter by Date Range to a date in the future, ex. 1/1/2026.
  4. Click the Search button. The application you are looking for should appear.



  5. Click on the Copy icon. 



  6. A new application will show called “Copy of…”. Click on the Activity Name to access the application.



  7. Scroll through the application and update anything that has changed. Be sure to correct the name of the activity and update any other information that is different for the repeated activity.

    Note: You must click the Save and Continue button at the bottom of every page, even if there weren’t any changes to that page.

  8. After the application has been completely filled out, click on the Return to Application List button.



  9. Once all disclosures are on file, click the Submit button to complete the submission process. The application will then be sent to the accreditation team for review.
