Overview

The Northern New England Cystic Fibrosis Consortium has been in existence for two plus decades. Sharing information, quality improvement projects and research has added value and improved care in all three CF centers (Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont) that have participated in this consortium.

This year we will continue our tradition of case based interdisciplinary discussions, discipline specific breakout sessions and plenaries that will include a review updates in women’s health issues for CF patients and the lung transplantation journey of CF patients. We will end the two day conference with break-out sessions divided by subspecialty to discuss various topics of interest.

This meeting is a joint effort between the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock and the Northern New England Cystic Fibrosis Consortium.

Learning Outcome(s)
At the end of this learning activity, (at least 75% of) participants will be able to identify emerging areas of women’s health care and advanced lung disease in the Cystic Fibrosis population to aid in treating these patients in their clinical practice.
