1. Describe the core elements of ANA Code of Ethics Provision 5, including how personal well-being, moral integrity, and professional growth influence ethical nursing practice and patient outcomes.
2. Apply strategies that support moral resilience and ethical self-regulation by identifying at least two practical techniques nurses can use to maintain integrity and manage moral distress in clinical settings.
3. Evaluate personal and system level barriers to living Provision 5 and develop one actionable commitment to enhance self-care, boundary setting, or professional development within the healthcare team.
