Overview

Behavior Bridge offers a series of free, online programs designed to support children’s mental health. Developed by a team of experts that includes mental health professionals, caregivers, children, and teens, these programs provide practical skills and knowledge through short videos, handouts, and additional resources. Grounded in real-world strategies and compassionate understanding, Behavior Bridge helps participants build confidence, reduce stress, and create positive, lasting change.

Managing Challenging Behaviors teaches caregivers of strong-willed children (typically ages 3-8) helpful skills to manage behaviors and strengthen the caregiver-child relationship. There is a focus on increasing “ok” behaviors and decreasing “not ok” behaviors. The modules include Attending and Praise; Active Ignoring and Clear Instructions; and two sections on Time Out. There is an optional module about ADHD.
