Ambulatory Care Blood Pressure Measurement 2025 Competency Review (Virtual)

This program will review the results of the 2025 Ambulatory Blood Pressure Measurement competency, including the startling find that more than half of healthcare providers initially failed. Implementation of a Blood Pressure Job Aid and its impact on final results will be discussed.

1. Identify the errors most commonly seen with blood pressure measurement.
2. Explain the impact of common errors on blood pressure measurement.
3. Describe one evidence-based practice change to improve the accuracy of blood pressure measurements in clinical settings.
