Implementation Science Fundamentals: Application of Sustainability Frameworks and Tools to a National Implementation Initiative

As part of our Implementation Science Fundamentals seminar series, the Dartmouth Center for Implementation Science (DCIS) is hosting a presentation on the Application of Sustainability Frameworks and Tools to a National Implementation Initiative by Ramzi Salloum, PhD.

1. Explain the role of sustainability determinants in defining sustainment outcomes.
2. Describe adaptations to evidence-based programs in the sustainment trajectory.
3. Discuss variations in financing strategies and their role in sustaining evidence-based programs.

If you wish to apply for ASWB credit, you will need to enter your license number in your CE Profile by following these steps:

1. Log in to Dartmouth Health's CE portal (https://dh.cloud-cme.com).

2. From the My Account Menu, select Profile.

3. Ensure your degree and profession are accurately reflected.

4. Enter the state license type, License #, and Expiration date.

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click Submit.

Register your attendance by texting the 6-digit Activity Code displayed at the presentation to 833-884-3375. You must have a CE account (https://dh.cloud-cme.com) and your cell phone must be registered in the account profile. You must then submit the evaluation found in your CE account under My Account>Evaluations to receive credit.
