This presentation provides information on screening, reporting, diagnosis, treatment, and referral options for pediatric palliative care.

Presenter

Hannah Reuman, MD, MS
Staff Physician, Palliative Care

Dr. Hannah Reuman, MD, MS, attended the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and trained at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and the University of Pittsburgh for her pediatric residency and hospice and palliative medicine fellowship. She completed a master’s in medical education at the University of Pittsburgh prior to joining Dartmouth Health’s faculty in August 2024. She is currently working on growing the perinatal and pediatric palliative care presences at Dartmouth Health and is passionate about disseminating fundamental communication techniques to trainees and faculty to augment serious illness conversations. Dr. Reuman loves the close-knit collaboration between other pediatric palliative care providers in Northern New England and is a proud member of the brand new, Northern New England Pediatric Palliative Care Working Group!
