Please join Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center’s Chief Nursing Officer, Tracy Galvin, DNP, MSN, RN, NEA-BC as she presents “Strategies to Support New Colleagues and Improve First-Year Nursing Retention at DHMC.” This presentation will examine the key stressors experienced by nurses with less than one year of experience and explore how these insights are being integrated into the development and enhancement of the Nurse Residency Program at DHMC.
