This Pediatric Lecture Series will discuss important pediatric topics that may lead to the improvement of child health from an individual, health care system and/or societal level.

About our Presenter

Dr. Kris Karlson is a family physician with fellowship training in sports medicine. She splits her time between family medicine, sports medicine and sports concussion care through DHMC Orthopaedics and she is head team physician for Dartmouth College. She is a team physician for the US rowing team and was a 1992 Olympian in rowing.

1. Review common presentations of ankle and foot pain.
2. Discuss when common presentations are actually uncommon problems in ankle and foot injuries.
3. Describe treatment strategies for ankle and foot issues with focus on return to activity guidelines.
