Undergoing change can be exciting, exhilarating and yet difficult and challenging at times. With change, growth occurs, but often that growth creates stress, uncertainty, and sometimes, anxiety and “fear of the unknown.” Please join us as we learn from one nurse leader who is well versed in leading organizations through change. Dr. Susan Reeves, Executive Vice President of DHMC, will share stories of the move from Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital in Hanover to our present location in Lebanon, to help us better understand current preparations and projects that are underway that will best guide our upcoming move to the new patient tower.
