APP Preceptor Workshop – Basic

AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (1.75 hours), CME-Designated Participation Credit (1.75 hours)

This online workshop is designed to equip you with essential skills and techniques for successful and fulfilling precepting of Advanced Practice Provider (APP) students. By participating, you'll gain practical knowledge through real-life examples and have ample time for interactive discussions, enhancing your precepting abilities.

1. Demonstrate self-assessment of readiness to offer an advanced precepting experience.
2. Describe methods of assessing student developmental stage and readiness for new learning goals.
3. Discuss two strategies for effectively providing feedback to students.

This program is only open to Dartmouth Health Advanced Practice Providers. The registration fee is waived.
