Overview

This session will detail the evidence base and implementation plan for the launch of TeamBirth (a care process that improves communication and teamwork during labor) in New Hampshire birthing facilities. Our AIM implementation team and the NHPQC will briefly share administrative updates and deidentified data demonstrating statewide opportunities for further improving perinatal care through implementation of the TeamBirth process. We will then hear from the TeamBirth implementation team regarding the evidence-based model's background, relevant case studies, and next steps for onboarding New Hampshire's first cohort of birthing hospitals. We will end the hour with an interactive Q&A session with attendees.
