Overview

This educational activity is intended to address the knowledge gaps surrounding the management of CAR T-Cell therapy and identifying complications.

Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this learning activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Discuss the rationale, immunology and clinical components related to the implementation of CAR T-Cell Therapy.
  2. Identify potential signs and symptoms of Neurotoxicity (ICANS) following CAR T-Cell Therapy, along with grading and management.
  3. Recognize the collaboration needed between Neurology/Neuro-ICU and the Transplant and Cellular Therapy Team in the management of CAR T patients.
