Overview

Day-long conference designed for invited speakers to present subject matter and best practices based on the most current literature. Many of the talks are case-based, relating to everyone's working environment, with a goal towards the audience being able to apply updated information immediately to improve the care of their patients.

A post-conference reception for attendees will be held in the Williamson Foyer immediately following the end of the conference. Drinks and appetizers will be available.


Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this learning activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify a broad spectrum of illnesses such as injuries, conditions and complications within a diverse patient population, along with treatment options.
  2. Discuss current standards of care, evidence-based best practices, and trends in health care.
  3. Describe diagnostic and procedural competencies for specific and unique patient populations.

  • Nurses, Advanced Practice Providers & Medics: $69

  • Residents & Med Students: $39

Day-Of Registration fees:

The registration deadline is 5 days prior to the activity date. There will be no refunds after that date. A $10 administrative fee for a registration fee of under $50, and a $25 administrative fee for a registration of $50 and over, will be retained on all refunds requested before the registration deadline. Please note that we provide a simple light breakfast and/or lunch depending on conference times: options are limited. If you have specific dietary needs, please plan to bring your food with you to the conference.


Accreditation

In support of improving patient care, Dartmouth Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. 

American Medical Association (AMA)
Dartmouth Health designates this Live Activity for a maximum of 6.00 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

All other learners may claim CME-designated participation credit. Consult your professional licensing board regarding the applicability and acceptance of CME-designated participation credit for programs certified for credit by organizations accredited by Joint Accreditation for Interprofessional Education.
