This Pediatric Lecture Series will discuss important pediatric topics that may lead to the improvement of child health from an individual, health care system and/or societal level.

Dr. Annie Goodwin joined the Dartmouth Health Children’s faculty in August of 2024. She obtained her medical training at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine where she discovered her passion for the field of pediatrics and nutrition through her research studying childhood malnutrition in a rural village in Uganda. Dr. Goodwin completed her residency in General Pediatrics at the University of South Florida. She went on to complete her fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children’s Hospital where her research focused on the use of engineered probiotics for the treatment of intestinal inflammation. Following completion of fellowship, she briefly joined the faculty as an assistant professor at the University of Texas Medical Branch prior to moving back to the New England area with her family. Here at Dartmouth Health Children’s, she treats pediatric patients with a variety of gastrointestinal pathologies and is based primarily in Manchester.
