NH Falls Risk Reduction Task Force Annual Conference: Creating Connections to Prevent Falls - The Importance of Community-Based Services & Emerging Technologies

Please join us for Creating Connections to Prevent Falls: The Importance of Community-Based Services & Emerging Technologies on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. This conference will be delivered via Zoom and include presentations on:

• Mobile Technology and Falls Prevention
• Community Nurse Connection: Nursing Services and Collaboration
• Mobile Integrated Health: Falls Risk Screening and Intervention
• NH Evidence-Based Programs: Community Resources and Clinical Efficacy
• “Steps to Safety” Fire and Falls Prevention Program
• NH Commission on Aging’s Multisector Plan for Aging

1. Describe at least two emerging technologies for falls risk reduction.
2. Discuss at least two ways community-based services can help reduce falls risk.
