The 2024 Diabetes Webinar Series – Part One: Practical Use of CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitors) in Primary Care

This presentation will provide a practical look at the use of continuous glucose monitors in primary care including who should have one, how to order them and ways to interpret the data to optimize treatment plans.

1. Discuss the functionality of various Continuous Glucose Monitors used in the delivery of care for patients with diabetes based on the latest 2024 American Diabetes Association Standards of Care.

• In the Credentials section, select NABP ePID# from the drop down and enter your ID number.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click Submit
