Overview
The NH Perinatal Quality Collaborative (NHPQC) presents an opportunity to create a framework that supports an integrated and collaborative approach to collectively improve perinatal health, care and outcomes for all in our state. This summit will bring together a broad range of community stakeholders to participate in crafting a Strategic Plan to guide the NHPQC’s priorities, goals and approach as it launches. You will learn about the current state of perinatal health in NH, and contributors to improving perinatal care and outcomes in all our communities. The day will include regional breakout discussion sessions for an opportunity to examine local conditions and begin to consider collaborative solutions in partnership with community peers, including birthing people and community organizations that play an important role in supporting well-being.

Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Describe two priorities and two innovative strategies that would improve equitable perinatal care in their region based on their maternal health data.
  2. Discuss one priority with a feasible next step to implement in the practice that would improve equitable access or care.
  3. Identify the key stakeholders in their community that should be involved in a collaborative improvement initiative.
