At the conclusion of this learning activity, participants will be able to:

• Discuss the importance of cultivating  a deeper understanding of culturally sensitive care for migrant farm workers.
• Describe three ways that healthcare teams can improve patient outcomes when addressing social determinants of health within this underserved population.
