The Second Annual Dartmouth Health Advanced Practice Provider Conference: Pediatric Topics

Please join us as we address the evolving best practice of pediatric patients. In today’s clinical environment, patient care frequently involves collaboration among multiple specialties and disciplines. This conference will provide an opportunity for participants to witness the interprofessional and multidisciplinary care that optimizes patient outcomes. Speakers will include APPs, Physicians, Social Workers, Dietitians, Pharmacists, Psychologists, and RNs from a variety of Pediatrics Specialties.

Learning Outcome(s)
At the conclusion of this learning activity, (at least 85% of) participants will be able to discuss at least three benefits of interprofessional care for the pediatric population.

The registration fees are as follows:

• Dartmouth Health Advanced Practice Providers: $125
• Other Advanced Practice Providers: $150
• Dartmouth Health Nurses, Social Workers, and Dietitians: $50
• Other Nurses, Social Workers, and Dietitians: $75
• Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant Students: $25

There will be no refunds after this date. A $10 administrative fee for a registration fee of under $50, and a $25 administrative fee for a registration of $50 and over, will be retained on all refunds requested before the registration deadline.

Please note that depending on conference times, we provide a simple light breakfast and/or lunch; options are limited. If you have specific dietary needs, please plan to bring your food with you to the conference.

All other learners may claim CME-designated participation credit.
