Overview

This session will explore successful processes, strategies, and other resources New Hampshire birthing hospitals have implemented as part of the Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health (AIM) Patient Safety Bundles aimed at improving perinatal mental health care. Our AIM implementation team and the NHPQC will briefly share administrative updates, contextual details from the Perinatal Mental Health Conditions (PMHC) bundle's evidence-based best practices, and deidentified data demonstrating statewide progress and opportunities for further improving perinatal care. We will then hear from implementation champions at several birthing hospitals across New Hampshire as they walk through actionable models and quality improvement "wins" that attendees can incorporate into their own practice. We will end the hour with an interactive Q&A session with attendees.
