Secondary Traumatic Stress and Burnout

This 30 minute video includes a definition of Secondary Traumatic Stress, ways to prevent it and reduce the impact. This has a special focus for those who are in a “helping profession”. Many of the tips and strategies are recommended by the National Child Traumatic Stress Network.
