Overview

This session will discuss “Clinical pearls to help address common barriers in providing mental health care.” Our AIM implementation team will briefly share administrative updates, details from the Perinatal Mental Health Conditions (PMHC) Patient Safety Bundle, and relevant data. Becca Casey, APRN, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, will then illustrate the MCPAP algorithm using case examples. Becca will also speak to tips for success with prescribing during the perinatal period as well as statewide and regional perinatal mental health resources (including her weekly Open Office Hours!).
